Nothing like getting your week off to a crowded start. Turns out that in addition to my backedup race to get my own next album done, I’m now being asked to record a CD of tracks for another library, plus doing 2 tracks for a possible commercial spot and 3 or 4 more for a Japanese label. All by Wednesday. Looks like I won’t be sleeping much. Oh, then top it off with finishing a project up tonight for my own library. Oh and the need to sprinkle on a factor of closing a deal with a new major client.
Which means, I need to shutup and get to putting a song up here for your enjoyment so I can go create and make phone calls for others.
I’m going in the opposite direction with today’s song. It’s mellow. It’s got a lot of blank musical space. It’s a way to get the relax on before the onslaught. Thus I would implore you to take a moment, sit back and just listen. Relax. Enjoy. Then get on with your busy day or week.
