My title is more about the fact that I’ve been pushing thru four days to encode music to my server from all my CDs in what should be a last time. Shunning the MP3 and going for the full quality AIF. Why compress audio. I work in a studio. I listen to uncompressed stuff all the time and it sounds so much better.
Everything for the move of the server, router, modem, etc is all set. Need to finish another stack of CDs today and boom I’m done.
