I’m sure there’s quite a few people that are feeling a squeeze right now. It’s been all over the news for the past year and a half or so. I’ve been reading out yet another country is about to be bailed out. Makes on wonder how far the debt can go. It’s curious don’t ya think? I think so.

A lot of us will feel a squeeze once in a while. It’s been more than a generation since the entire country felt a squeeze. If my history is correct, I’m not so sure the whole world felt a global squeeze. A global squeeze financially that is.

One thing that I’m noticing is that the attitude is shifting from “I’m entitled” to one of “I want to work and get paid for it.” At least in the close quarters of my life it is. That’s not a bad thing at all.

Here’s a song by an artist I’d not heard of before. I really his vibe. Mike Droho & the Compass Rose with their tune Without A Dime. I like the stringed intro with the vocal. It’s got a real down home feel going on. While the song isn’t necessarily about losing things, instead it’s about starting a life with someone but having nothing but each other to take on the world.

I really like the groove and how the song changes when the drum loop kicks in. It takes on a more upbeat feel and injects with energy. The kind of energy you have when you’re with someone you love and feel you can conquer all.

Pretty soon this mess of financial world will pass or collapse. As Mike is saying, I’ll be damned if I’ll let them get the best of me. How about you? Are you feeling squeezed? Are you gonna let them get the best of you? Go get this song on iTunes and get it into your life as a pick me up!

I’ve seen this band many times and fave all their music. Love them too. The “drum loop” is actually a beat boxer, Anthony. Great band.
