I mean that in a polite way. Directed of course at those of us around the globe that observe the U.S. tradition of Thanksgiving. A day that should be spent (like everyday should be) with family and friends thinking about the good things in life to be grateful for. This year it will likely mean a day to forget the disasters that are rocking us in the financial markets and the recent destruction in India.
Today’s song is directly about Thanksgiving by the those devious minds at Doctor Floyd dot com. Normally I do most of the music for the podcast. However, on occasion Grant and/or doug get a hair to create a comedy number. Lucky for us there is now a Thanksgiving song because of such an action.
Additionally if you’re not familiar with The Radio Adventures of Doctor Floyd, you should be. It’s one of the greatest podcasts out there that the whole family can enjoy. Not to mention that it’s racked up a few awards. Even more exciting is that it’s in the running to become the first podcast to possibly be nominated for a Grammy!!! It would be awesome if that happens. Especially since I’m the guy that wrote the music cues for it.
