The whole CD is worth a spin (or a download!). And if you ever have a chance to catch him live, cancel whatever other plans you had for the evening and grab yourself a seat. His songs take me where few others can. Laugh out loud or quietly connecting, I feel better when I've listened awhile. With few words he sweeps the debris from the truth, a chuckle, a sigh, a mirror. I remain astonished by his talent. You would think someone with so much talent with words would fall short as a musician but just one listen and you will not know which to admire more. We've seen him play for many years, and are as fond of his personality as we are of his talent. We've known him for about half of the "thrity years". Truely gifted, he's a fit for any audience. Private concerts as well as public. He even played at our church for a Christmas concert (not his usual setting) as a last minute fill in, doing a huge favor to us. Unfamiliar with the songs, he just showed up and did his magic. I have to admit that I was aprhensive as he hadn't rehearsed, but my husband said, "Angelo can play anything, anytime". He was right! What a guy...Angelo M. didn't just fill in, he showed up and had heads bouncing. The sign of a true professional, genius, and firend. He is a gifted artist who touches the soul (yours and his). You owe it to yourself to listen, and see him wherever he is. You won't be sorry! You'll find a BFF! Angelo M. is amazing!
